June 20, 2008 N.B.P.I. Returned to Churchill Mansion for a follow up investigation and to spend the evening with a group of guests from Cape Breton that wished to try and experience something of a paranormal nature. After acquainting ourselves with everyone we began setting up infrared cameras in the prime activity areas. We also set up wireless motion sensors throughout the mansion along with digital audio recorders. Unfortunately, other than one unusual drop in temperature in Lottie’s Room, nothing of a paranormal nature was experienced or noted during the review of evidence. Although we did not experience any activity on this evening, we had a great time none the less. No official investigation report will be posted on the site due to the lack of evidence captured during this investigation. April 25, 2008 N.B.P.I. has been in a bit of a hiatus since last summer. Many of our investigators have been away involved in different activities in their personal lives which have pretty much occupied much of their time. As the summer approaches we hope to get back into full swing with some follow up investigations as well as some new. N.B.P.I. has been asked to return to Churchill Mansion in Yarmouth Nova Scotia in June, 2008 to do a follow up investigation accompanied by some guests staying at the mansion at the time. NBPI has accepted the invitation and is looking forward to the trip.
